Thank you photogent! Yes, and sometimes they startle people by popping up where they were not planted.

Hi Jim! So Missouri is going from 15C today to 32C tomorrow!!!! Wow! That's a quantum leap!! It's pouring rain here at the moment and still 15C. Hi Texas! I had a wonderful day yesterday and I am looking forward to two more celebrations! I do have great friends!!! Present company included!!
Beauty, yellow poppies not know and still do at flowering laurel, it is for me to complete utopia, thank Kathy
You survived the birthday and are in fine form, making lovely puzzles! Thanks!
Cathy, it was 15C (59F) and foggy this morning when I was trying to take sunrise pictures. I was cold! Isn't it funny, a few weeks ago the temp didn't even get above freezing and now the experts saw it could hit 90F tomorrow, that's only 32C! I say do away with the numbers and go with very cold, cold, warm, pleasant, hot and very hot. Much simpler that way. LOL! Of course, I could feel that way all in the same day; maybe that's not a geat idea.
Thank you Denise!! That's true. They are bright and cheerful!
Lovely cathy , I love yellow flowers and when put in a vase, its like a little bit of sunshine in your house:-)))

Thanks Laurajane. Yes, these small yellow and orange poppies grow wild here in BC. The bigger red and pink ones live in gardens!!
