Why are you reporting this puzzle?

A Hero of my childhood: Edith Cavell was a British pioneer of modern nursing during the First World War. She is celebrated for saving the lives of soldiers from both sides without discrimination & in helping some 200 Triple Entente soldiers escape from German-occupied Belgium. She was 49 years of age when arrested & accused of treason, found guilty by a court-martial & sentenced to death. Despite international pressure for mercy, she was shot by a German firing squad. In the Anglican Church Calendar of Saints her Feast Day is October 12.

Ah, yes, the Guilt Trip of citified humans... . even as U make pilgrimages 2 UR memories leave the future 2 those who think they're smarter & better-versed in the ways of pollution... at least do UR part 2 lessen it = don't flick fag-ends out auto windows nor cans , wrappers, undies, diapers, plastic anything, entire beer cartons, champagne magnums... just take UR trash home. We who live along these country roads have to pick up after Uzip back to UR filthy hives = Tourist Season's started = my annual gripe, sorry =8-{

Thanks for the info, RebaBe. So sad to hear that it is nearly gone...not that I would expect anything better with how we humans have messed up our world. Very depressing, as it was one of my favorite spots as a kid (lo those many decades ago). I had hoped to get back to see it yet again in my lifetime...sounds like I need to hurry!

Hello Stevecronk, from Wikipedia: The Angel Glacier flows down the north face of Mount Edith Cavell in Jasper National Park, Canada, so named because it has the appearance of an angel with out-swept wings & was much larger when named in the 19th-century, however, with most glaciers worldwide, it is melting rapidly & not expected to maintain its distinctive appearance much longer, eventually disappearing from the face of Mount Edith Cavell.

RebaBe: I've not seen this mountain in decades...thanks for the gorgeous picture. Is this also the mountain that has the Angel Glacier on it? I know the glacier is somewhere in the area but I can't remember if it is on this particular peak.
