Thanks, O&A. I did have a morsel (I'm gluten intolerant & both of them were made with flour containing gluten! (Would've thought he'd have made one for me!) I have to say it tasted really good & was really nice & moist! My only small observation was that it needed a tad more frosting as the marzipan can been seen slightly through it, but he'll know for next time (he's determined to have another go next season!)
