I don't usually see both male and female together. Glad they ate long enough for me to grab the camera. I thought it was cute with them both. Glad you enjoyed it too, Barb. Thanks. ♥

Thanks, Pat. It's always good to go to cousin Linda's. Her whole family was there - 15 of them plus four extras. Hugs.

So glad for your rain, Sandi. It's looking like we may get the cold front Monday night into Tuesday. It's 92 feeling like 102 and heading from about 100 again today. Your 74 would feel cold. LOL Rescue your flower pots and enjoy your rain. Have a great day. ((HUGS))

You're welcome, Lunie. It was hot and is again today. Stay cool.

You're welcome, Shirley. Not sure what's in that feeder. I know the other one is sunflower seeds and that may be too. But they were enjoying eating in spite of the extreme heat.

You're welcome, Jacki. That's shot through a screened window. ♥Hugs♥

We had a hot day yesterday also. We had a wonderful surprise this morning, though. RAIN!!! The temp right now (9:10 am) is 74 degrees F and the air is not heavy at all. What a treat after this week long heat wave. It must have stormed during the night, but I did not hear it. The wind had carried some light weight flower pots out in the yard from the patio and there was a good sized limb in the garden this morning. We got 1/2 inch of rain and could use a lot more, but I will not complain. Hope this weather makes it to your house soon, my friend. (((HUGS)))!

we almost have similar temp Ardy...i know how you feel since you are not used to it. Thank you.

Fine dining both outside and inside, Suzy. I think Mrs. Finch was just taking a breather as another shot snapped nanoseconds later has her head back in the hole. lol

Sounds like a delightful lunch. You'll have fun and enjoy your friends. ♥♥

pumpkinhead

Another fine dining experience at cousin Linda's!
The one on the left isn't too sure about being bothered while eating, Ardy. LOL
Enjoy your day.
We are having brunch at a fine old hotel with some friends today.
