I live in the US. Do you live in Australia or visiting? Either there's so many things I'd think you can't do or if you can, it would be a struggle. With the new cast, can you bend your arm? If you don't mind my asking, did you fall? Sorry, I sould like a 2 year old child with all my questions :):)

Oh Renee... I am so sorry this happened to you and compound fractures, no less :( Have to say also, I love your positive attitude. How much longer will you be in the cast?

Just saw this, quite funny considering I have recently broken both my wrist bones,compound fracture, metal plates in my arm and plaster up to my shoulder, looking forward to a hug when the plaster comes off. Renee

I never got hugs when I was a kid. Wanted them so much. Thank God I have a few friends who ARE huggers.
