You can buy them in the store, but they are the low to the ground annual that dies off in the winter. I was surprised when I saw a field full of them when I moved here 14 yrs. ago. Thank you Toto. They are hard to photograph. I tried to take pics a number of time (on different days) and they always seemed washed out. Got lucky this time.
Chickie, I saw these down in your neck of the woods and wondered what they were. I even took a photo but it didn't come out as nice as this. Nice to know what they are. Thanks.
Thank you lyndee.
Very pretty to be a wild flower.
Thank you Hanne and Cathy.
These are beautiful !! Thank you Chickie.
Wow, do they grow wild?? We sold them many years ago when we had the plantnursery!! They are lovely, don't you think so? Thanks Sandy!!
Thank you jc, Nicky, JiggyBelle, Suzy and Beekay.
It always amazes me when I hear...it grows wild here...You lucky people:-)
Terrific picture Chickie! I especially like the flowers in bloom with the tiny tight buds on the same stalk.
Chickie - they are lovely. Your closeups really show them. I wish we had something like this growing wild around here. thanks!
Fabulous close up pics of these today, Chickie. I've never heard of these. Thanks for posting.
Thanks so much, chickie! I like your blue ones better than our white ones!
