His wife, Sharon, is on a talk show in the afternoon. She has stuck by him through thick and thin.

Ozzy truly does have a neurological order that makes him lose his balance and makes him speak like an Syrian Muslim Aborigine person. I can't understand most of what he says... which may be a good thing...

Ozzy Osbourne has had a neurological disorder for some years, which has led to coordination problems. This can make him seem “out of it” even when he is perfectly sober... but that doesn't explain why he a few bricks short of a full pizza... uhhh…. five cans short of a screw loose? mad as a few cylinders? lights are on but an olive short? or maybe all of the above?

wjl1015

Or three.....

PutterDutt

His wife is so classy, but he's a bubble or two off plumb.
