Kaleidos made from ...... Origami Flowers!! ~ Large

I made these kaleidoscopes from freely available images of origami flowers. I use a variety of programs to make my kaleidoscopes, recolour the backgrounds and assemble them into a collage. Each 3x3 collage takes around 2 hours to make.

It gives me immense pleasure making them, and I hope it gives you pleasure solving them. :-)

And a reminder to my regular solvers - our Daylight Savings Time finished last night, here in Melbourne, Australia. So this is now my new posting time. Until October, anyway!

Thanks Anne!! Of all of them, I'm so glad you faved the bottom middle. I really thought that one wouldn't get an entry in its dancecard!! So thank YOU!! :)))

Oh, Gail! Your comment made MY heart sing. Thank you so much, and I'm so happy that you liked this one so much! :)))

Thanks Ardy! I think all of them have been picked now, even the bottom middle, which I expected to be the least popular! But apparently not.

Sorry, I know I said that I would pop over to your cow puzzle yesterday, but I really hit a big wall. I was physically very tired after a very demanding day at work. And my body clock was definitely telling me that it was an hour later than it was. I've popped over now, and would rather leave my feedback here, if you don't mind. I think the two things I would experiment with, in the montage style, are to try framing the pictures before you place them in the montage, which will help define them from the background colour. And the other thing I would try is to see if you can figure out the proportions of the "cells" in the collage maker - and then trim your photos to the same proportions. But having said all of that, I think it looks fine as is!

I hope you have a good Monday, and see you soon!! ((HUGS))

Thanks so much bex7!! I'm thrilled that you like it. And your appreciation makes all the time and effort worthwhile. :)))

Hi shazzaannie! I do enjoy a visit from you. And I'm so glad you enjoyed this one. :)))

I have to make a little correction though, because I must have been a little unclear last time. I HAVE sacrificed puzzle solving. I can't do nearly as much as I used to. Sometimes I can only squeeze in around 5 puzzles a day. But I also had to give up the large ones, that I loved so much. Now I only have time to do littlies. But I don't want to sound like I'm seeking sympathy. I DO LOVE making puzzles, so it's a sacrifice that I happily make. Well maybe not completely happily. Hey, I can want my cake and eat it too, can't I? LOLOLOL

I like the stars and flowers in the centres of these. Really pretty. Faves would be top left and bottom right although bottom middle deserves a special mention - lots of tiny autumny colours - beautiful. Thanks.

You have done it again, Kirsten-another set of gorgeous kaleidoscopes. They are all beautiful but 2 really make my heart sing, the pink at middle right and the turquoise at bottom left. Close seconds are the center one and the purple one. The others are also beautiful. They all qualify as favorites.

Five minutes faster than the one yesterday. These are so wonderful. If any don't get picked I'll claim it as a favorite. Thanks, Kirsten. I do so love all you do. When you have time here are the cows in question:
For future reference I'd be grateful for any suggestions you might make This was put together in fotor's montage section and the framed in fotor as well.

Have a good Monday ((HUGS))

Lovely colours and great fun. Thanks for all your hard work, it really is appreciated :-)

Here I am again, beautiful puzzle, I particularly like the top left as purple is my favourite colour. How lovely that you have sacrificed solving puzzles to make them for people like me who can't create but love solving. I admire your strategy for only solving large puzzles, I think I need to do something similar. I have soooo many bookmarked and not nearly enough time to solve them all!! But then again sometimes I like the challenge of a large puzzle and sometimes I just need a quick fix. Decisions decisions.....
