I'm sooooo glad you've sorted out the larger or not question, Pat. I was feeling so sorry for aisha and whatnots every day showing their gluttony in public and Hanne too but was always happy they asked because that way no one had to know that I was silently sneaking over and trying to do the larger versions too. I never make the boards on any of them and always take twice as long on the biggies but really have fun trying. So, double thank you for all of the wonderful, crazy puzzles you make for us to solve. Rosie
I would never take a puzzle off that I posted--I can't imagine why I would do it! (It's Jigidi's memory that gets used up when I post, and since they've decided to stop "house-cleaning" private puzzles and old puzzles with few solves, the puzzles I put up should stay there....) :-)))
Yes Yes Yes!!! At least if we're going to be massacred, we're still merry - and a brilliant idea, whatnauts, thanks! What a funny thought, Pat - you, conceited! You could never be, even though you have ample reason to be!
It's okay whatnauts. I always get knocked off on these little ones, so I'm used to it. As for Pat having to remove any unsolved puzzles....don't see it happening. I leave very few unsolved. As a matter of fact, now that I no longer need to take the time to ask for larger puzzles, I will have more time to work on them. Oh happy, happy, joy, joy! LOL!
My god, you're shoving each other off the plank as we speak! LOL! I agree, whatnauts, and there's another reason doing it automatically is good--I know if I ask for something, I feel compelled to do it even if I find out its really not fun and too difficult. This way, since no one will actually ask, no one will have to feel compelled to do it. :-)))
Well I had better luck the second time around. Didn't seem any easier. However I'm afraid I sent Lela into the great beyond. He was hanging on at the bottom. What diabolic schemes are you brewing up for us tomorrow. Can't wait. Thanks Pat
There are others who post links to smaller and larger versions of their puzzles, so you won't be alone :))) Now aishahm, Hanne, Katwoody, myself and others can pick and choose which puzzles we wants to solve larger and she won't have to feel guilty requesting a larger version. Also, she can now has another reason to retire!!! Personally, I will let you know which ones I will solve in case you want to remove any which don't get solved.
That's probably a very good idea, whatnauts, as long as no one thinks I'm conceited if I post a link for every single loony, as if I'm sure there just HAS to be someone who'll want it! LOL! So as long as everyone understands that I'm going to do it automatically, and not because I think the puzzle is fantastic, I'll do that. :-)))))
Whatnauts is my new enabler. Being a jigidi addict, I am only occasionally able to stop myself from asking for larger versions. if you go with Whatnaut's suggestion about the loonies, I will never have to ask again. And I just may have to retire so I can jigidi full time. Hmmmm....that sounds kind of nice! : )
I haven't solved this yet, am just going through and reading all the comments on puzzles I've bookmarked. Anyways, I think you should provide a private puzzle link to all your loonies with the proviso it will be deleted after a specified period (2 or 3 days) if nobody solves it or leaves a comment on the puzzle with their intentions!!! You could put it in the description section. Lately, at least, I think you are posting larger versions of more puzzles than not posting. Anyhooo, it's something to consider.......
Okay, Hanne--I just finished yours, so here's one for you! Have fun! :-)))
Thanks, Katie, Hanne, and Lela--no, I have no pity; hasn't that been obvious all along?! That's why the stalker took the profile name pdevilredis, I guess..... LOL!
Oh, my, that was a tricky one, wasn't it?!!! Thanks, Aishah, Ardy and Edie--I had no idea it would be like that; I just thought it was pretty, not pretty hard! :-)))
Well it looks like the flotsam has been caught up in an eddy but seriously Pat, 5 minutes for a 49 piece puzzle, and all before I've even had my coffee. This will get another go later. Thanks so much, really enjoyed the challenge.
As much as I adore this puzzle, I am not going to ask for it in a larger size. I think this one would definitely be more Tugman-like than goldi-monster. I'm kind of thinking Kathy might ask for the larger version. If so, I might be tempted into working it. : )
It’s always a good idea to consider if you need to change your passwords on the different services you use. We have created a guide for you on how you can change your password on Jigidi.
