Fabulous thanks Jacki, so bright and beautiful. Hugs ♥

You're welcome, Suzy. So glad you enjoyed it!

Thank you, Francine.

Oooh! Looking forward to it, Shirley!

Jacki, my next post will be the results of your kind info of this filter, I used the highest settings this filter in Elements would let me use being, 255 Px depth 200 ( same as your settings) and I just had to have a little play with the end results LOL, Thanks again Jacki.
@bluebird42

bookish

Lovely effect with that filter.

pumpkinhead

That last piece fell into place and BAM!!! A world of colored towers appeared on the screen!
What fun that was, Jacki. Thank you!

bluebird42

Eeeek, Hanne! I would not even think about 540 pieces! You're welcome, and thank You.

bluebird42

Ardy, I love it! I remember when that was a big fad, Jello hardened in ice cube trays. Apparently that went over so well they made special trays with bite sized holes for the jello. As for time, I wasn't all that much better at 2:08. Thanks, and ♡hugs

Elfie

Ohhhh - it's a GREAT effect - but I would hate solving it with 540 pieces.... thanks Jacki! :-)))))

A caterpillar in a bowl of jello cubes. In all this intelligent conversation (which is really over my head) I realize that's a jarring thought. lol It a lovely puzzle for the Christmas season, Jacki. I was slow (2:41) in solving it but enjoyed all the red and green. Thank you. ♥Hugs♥

LOL, Bobbie. Not from the ocean. Snow is falling now. Wet snow. will be heavy and hard to shovel. So far it's only a quarter to half an inch.

Shirley, fortunately that was the last thing I used the Extrude filter for, so the settings were still the same. Good luck.

You're welcome, Patti, and thank You.

PLG1958

This is so cool, Jacki! Thanks!

Shian2

Thanks, Jacki, for the info, will have a play with your sizes and px and see what I can come up with.

A caterpillar! It looked like one of those things you see in the ocean on nature shows. It helped to make this puzzle cool. ♥

bluebird42

Thanks, Bobbie. It's not as much of a challenge as I was afraid it was going to be. The little guy is a caterpillar I took a couple of years ago, and I can't remember its name. What I DO remember is that those little hairs can be irritating to the skin and it's better not to touch him. I did know enough not to touch before I took the photo, so left him alone to find his own way to a leaf or something to munch on. (he was crawling across a tent.)

Fun to do Jackie and I hope you tell us what the critter is in the black square. I tried zooming it, but I'm not sure. Also, I hope that you all fare thee well with the weather headed your way. It was here and caused a big mess on the Thruway with several pile ups. Icy rain, then sleet over top of that, then with snow, snow and more snow! All those people returned after Thanksgiving travel as well. Not nice. Not in the USA, our Jigidi friends still have leaves on the trees and green grasses.

Thanks, Shirley. Yes, the "roof" of that tower was double width and and insipid color, so I decided to cover it with something. Looked through some old photos and thought this little caterpillar would do nicely. I was also a little concerned that the whole was too red, so the caterpillar provided a point of complete difference around which one might be able to orient him/her self. I just finished the 77 piece puzzle and it's not as hard as I expected, so maybe I didn't need him. I fiddled around with this at least a half dozen times trying to get this result. My settings were: Size: 255 pixels, Depth 200. Level-based checked. (if Elements has different options, this probably won't help much. Oh, size of image might be useful. at least the ratio between width and height. In pixels, 1400 x 933 pixels (for the large, 150 piece puzzle. 800 x 533 for this small size)

Shian2

A mighty pretty challenge, Jacki, Thank you. is that a Caterpillar I see inching it's way across your pretty puzzle?
Love this puzzle, Jacki, I have the same filter in Elements but have never been able to get it to work as clearly as you have here.
