Love it Bubble ..

Bubble

I actually have one of these rolled up in my cupboard ..... bought it years ago when I was doing 'real' puzzles but stopped that in the end. 🔆‿🔆

Now I do all my jigsaw puzzles online, here at Jigidi.

When I was working jigsaw puzzles from box, I always wanted one of these Stow-and-Go items. But was too "thrifty" to buy one.

So I got a large, very sturdy piece of cardboard, put that on my table and worked my jigsaw puzzles on the cardboard. When we needed the table for other purposes, I would carefully carry the cardboard, with puzzle, to our bedroom and stash it under our kingsize bed.

Thanks for this WalMart puzzle series, Pat - it's quite entertaining! :-))

It is amazing how we used to do things .. Thanks Fran and Ardy ... Hugs

My dining room table has protective mats fitted to the size of the table. They hook together in sections and can be easily removed. That's what we did when we had a puzzle too big for the card table. When we weren't working on the puzzle we put the mats back on. There is still a large completed one that has been there for many years. But Jigidi is so much easier. ☺ Thanks, Pat.

bookish

I too could have used that in the past. Used to leave it on kitchen table, placing a tablecloth over it when time to eat.

I agree Lorna ... I know this would have came in handy years ago when my mother had a card table just for puzzles ... :-)))

It is a good idea but much easier doing puzzles on jigidi!
