Well, I think Ares MIGHT get away with the BLUE ears, but that tongue is waaaayyy too long for a rabbit. lol Really cute photo and a great idea from the police departments! I'm not from Texas, but believe all police departments should have the support from the civilians they protect. Thanks for the puzzle, BB.
