Why are you reporting this puzzle?

This is one of many creeks I passed over as I drove Oregon's coastal highway last month. Numerous creeks flow out of the hills of the low elevation coast range. If I remember correctly, this creek was located between the Central Oregon Coastal town of Newport and Waldport. With the numerous colors and textures in this puzzle, it should be easier than average to solve.

This is such an amazing and beautiful place. I love the way the water comes up into that area there from the ocean and how the sand looks so pretty even with those "designs" in it. I see those folks walking there and I'm sure they are enjoying the beauty and peacefulness all around. THANK YOU for a great puzzle and another perfect photo.

It wasn't me! I had nothing to do with it! I was home! (Ask Dusty!) I heard the pile-up involved 7 semis, and 33 cars. One person died, and several were sent to hospitals. I just hope it wasn't some fool who figured the speed limit is 70-mph, and they were "only going 60". When will some folks learn, that in the conditions present at the time, ya gotta leave extra room. I've driven in conditions like they were that day....didn't like it! I'm very content to just settle into a good book, have my dog snuggled in beside me, as I do my part for highway safety.....I stay OFF the roads.
I heard today, that we are supposed to get hit with another sizable snowstorm, starting later tonight....up to 9 inches.

dusty, I too, liked those wrinkles in the sand. I saw on news last night in your half of the state where there was a large multi car pileup caused by snow. Sounds like you have had your share of snow this winter. Terry

Just fun! Loved the riffles in the creek, and that abstract design in the sand!

PW, long time no hear. That would be an easy name to remember but that is not the actual name of the creek. I titled it, "Easy Puzzle" because it was one of the few rare 96 piece puzzles I have solved under ten minutes. I figured, if it was relatively easy for me, it would be easy for others. By the way, south of Yreka, California, there is an exit off the freeway called "Easy Street". If I can remember that, "easy" must be a name that is easy to remember. Terry

Is the name of this waterway really called Easy? That shouldn't be TOO hard to remember then, Terry.

jignjw: Nancy, it always looks like this, only on travel brochures promoting the area. You probably saw where I wrote someone on here and said that later in the week after the day you see here, it snowed three inches on the ocean beach at the Oregon town of Seaside. Can you believe Seattle got 11 inches of snow this week. I am sure they chalked that up to global warming. LOL, Terry

Terry, I think I'd be happy spending the rest of my life on your coast--if your photos are how it really is. I'm just astounded that I failed to explore this area back in the days when I was looking for a place to settle. Wait a minute--did you say that you were surprised at the warm, sunny weather on your trip? You mean it doesn't always look like this?? (Having lived in northwestern WA, I'm pretty sure I know the answer). Nancy

jignjw: Nancy, I wonder how long a time one would have to stay at the Central Oregon coast in order to check out all the inviting beaches and do just some of the things you mentioned. Terry

Wow, Terry!! This looks like the greatest place to play in the sand, go wading, play volleyball, play ball with your dog, walk out further & check out the surf, look for shells, have a picnic and rejoice in a heavenly place on earth. Thank you for an incredible photo. Nancy
