Oh oh l missed this beautiful post, thanks jacki, it was also a pleasure to read the interesting comments. l have dreamed of living in a greenhouse so l could continually be surrounded by flowers and plants.

hi puzzleg. i love that place too, but i live in wa state. this was my 3rd trip to it. i would live in that building if they would let me. i even have a hoodie that says so. you should post a couple of pictures of your reception there. i'm glad this brought you good memories. thanks for the visit and the comments.

you can eat the fiddleheads in early spring, sis, but i've never tried them. one of the seedlings i have growing in my closet is cardoon. do you have that in your country? i'm excited about trying it.

As soon as I saw this pic & its caption I thought, "This HAS to be somewhere like Balboa Park, cuz there are no native plants like this in southern CA!" I LOVE BALBOA PARK, especially the Botanical building! In fact, my wedding reception was held in the Casa del Prado, & we had photos taken in the Botanical building. I had dreamed of a wedding in Balboa Park for years before I got married, but since Hubby was in the Navy our wedding was at the North Chapel on the old Naval Training Center, then our motorcade traveled to Balboa Park for the reception. It was the most wonderful & magical time of my life! Thank you for bringing those special memories back to me with this beautiful puzzle! xxxx
