Love nasturtiums! My mom used to have them in our yard.

Hope we have the sun tomorrow that we have today, Ardy. I don't remember them from my childhood. Once we were on the farm my parents only paid attention to the vegetable garden -- what I remember most is shelling peas with my Mom while the Red Sox were playing on the TV. And asparagus and strawberries. Before that there were my grandmother's orchids. When I was the only human in the greenhouse, I taught them their numbers and how to add and subtract. ♡hugs

They do remind me of childhood, Jacki. Lovely photo. Thanks. Cloudy and sprinkles off and on. Hope you have a great day tomorrow. ♥Hugs♥

I just googled them,Lunie. There is a deep red, also a very pale yellow with deeper yellow center and no red markings. When I saw the mokara, I wondered if that was the one you were thinking about, but decided, no, it could not be. That's when I began wondering about trilliums.

This is very very pretty Jacki! Wonder if there are more colors other than the two you posted. Went back to your posted puzzles and if i remember it right, the orchid i was referring to was the five petalled Mokara and not the Lycaste.
