I was in the weather business in USAF for 21 years. I went through weather observer school and forecaster school at Chanute AFB, IL, got a B.S. in meteorology from Penn State, attended grad school at Texas A & M for two years. When I retired in '73, I determined not ever to make another forecast. I have been able to do just that! That's the only way you won't "bust" one--don't make any!
