I love to laugh and find humor in what I can, however, I will stand up for my faith and for this Nation and its history, for we learn from it and work toward common-sense change for all of us, not just a few. If this nation is so bad, why do so many risks everything to come here, to be a citizen of the USA. We are in for a bumpy ride. ;-O

I am surprised (and pleased) the collection plate has been filled with sensible comments. You know me... I was about to leave a smart ass comment, but I find little humor in the direction our youth has taken, thanks in large part to the teachings of those that hate this country. History is what it is.... you can't change it, but you can learn from it....

Those who do not learn history are doomed to repeat it...

A wise woman!

A twist of Animal Farm and 1984, in the midst of a Twilight Zone episode. ;-)

That does not fly these days....People are destroying history as we knew it. They, nor we made history, yet they continue to erase. I guess history books will start anew.

I was in my forties when I went to community college, part-time. I enjoyed the classes, had fun sparing with the teachers and their slant on things. I also came home with bitten cheeks many times, with the BS they were teaching those kids.

Watchman: I've been saying that now, for a long time. Life now, is't as we "knew it".

Sad, is that the youth is being taught to hate their own countries and its history, in school, and in colleges! ;-(

Oh so true. Great message/reminder...

"Open my eyes that I may see..."
I see!

Wise words, unfortunately those that need to hear it refuse to listen.

Each knows their own past. Own it, and accept it. It's part of what you are.
