Wawa, ON
It's been a strange winter with the forest filled with berries and cones. We have Robins in Wawa? And this year we do not have Pine Grosbeaks. But we have pretty Crossbills taking their place. This one is a female. (males are red). I hope to get better puzzle-worthy photos of them. :-)

What a nice photo, Mo! Thank you! And yes, it's crazy the birds seem mixed up. We don't usually see robins till April.

Wow! I saw a hummingbird in the snow storm in Vancouver. Poor baby. Yes, climate is affecting them for sure. We haven't had an early spring for 7 or 8 years, and we have our fingers crossed that we will get an early one, like we used to in the 2000's. It's brutal looking at snow and frozen pipes in May. lol

She is a pretty little bird. I think the climate change has effected the wildlife. We had a female humming bird stay all winter long this year.
