Ah ha! A Gemini - that explains so much. Haven't had trips to the UK for many years now, but loved Cornwall and Devon, especially cows on the roads between hedge rows, and the Dart Moor, and the "Rock" at Tintangel and the Ho in Plymouth. At the other end, Canterbury was pleasing and then of course, there's London but never been been much north of London. Sooo, half of you read all this - and half of you didn't. ;-)
I am a Gemini, mp, so there are two sides.lol. I've never eaten abalone so I'll take your word for it. I enjoy most seafood so I'm sure that I would enjoy it. I've never seen it in a restaurant here in the UK - I think that it would be pretty difficult to get hold of.
Love watching the sea otters. I love abalone too. Has to be prepared perfectly though or it's tough. Beautiful shells - sometimes made into jewelry but I much prefer just enjoying the shells. Thanks for a beautiful pic and fun puzzle (from your gentler side!!!!)
I think abalone tastes nice too. Certainly the sea otters think so. Have you seen them floating on their backs smashing the shell with a stone? Clever!!
Hi, Hester. Thanks for that. I love the colours in these abalone shells. I have a couple more to post at a later date. Hope that your weather is as good as ours, today.
I found it!! Am sort of a blind chick - probably just never noticed it before - but sometimes it is comforting, that you are going ahaed. With your puzzles I am not always sure if I am going forwards or backwards...
Lis, if you click on the photo, where you find the time, you get back to the "comments" page and your % is just above where the comments are. They should both be on the same page, ideally. Let me know if you don't find it. Take care.
