Why are you reporting this puzzle?

The Eagle is the strongest and bravest of all birds. For this reason the eagle and it's feathers are a symbol of what is the highest, bravest, strongest and holiest. It's feathers are treated with great respect and given to another in honor. They are worn with dignity and pride. When the feathers are held over someone's head, it means the person is brave or is wished bravery and happiness. To wave it over everyone present it means that everyone is wished peace, prosperity and happiness.

I agree Betty, a strong look with soft background, to me that brings the Eagle to the forefront. The Eagle is my spirit animal. Thank you for the tag Betty and thank you @silverfox19134 for the presentation.
