Into jigsawmasochism big time!! LOL!!
Plenty of torture on this site, Brie!! Glad that you enjoyed it!! :-))
Absolutely brilliant! Pure torture but great fun - thank you!
Calluna, thanks for the info. I dare say anyone with high blood pressure should avoid the gimbal's. Licorice root and anise both naturally raise the blood pressure. I drink licorice root tea every day for just that reason. The teabags come with a warning label right on the side. Now for me, I might have to try them out. They may be just what the doctor ordered.
Calluna, thanks for all the info. I'll try those fish out soon. I love raspberries!! :-))
aishah - sorry you're finding it hard to find Swedish Fish (or perhaps a good thing? :-P) .... they're available through both eBay and Amazon...............tugman, Swedish Fish are soft, slightly chewy, with light raspberry flavor; you can order Swedish Fish through Amazon's UK site. (If you do, just make sure it isn't Swedish Fish Aqua Life! Made that mistake once! They should be FISH and all RED). Gimbal's are an old San Francisco firm whose licorice is made from real licorice root and pure anise; been around as long as Allsorts. Available through Amazon's US site and through the company directly, but not sure how spendy postage to UK would be. In the meantime, Allsorts are sure to hit the spot! ;-)
aishah and calluna, i've never even heard of swedish fish or gimbal's . don't know if they are available in the uk!!
Swedish fish? I haven't had those in ages. They used to be my favorite, but they haven't gotten quite hard to find.
Mouthwaterling yummy! LOLOL :-) Haven't had these in ages but remember them well. Chocolate ranks tops with me as well (world's best antioxidant and all that :-P); also love Gimbal's licorice Scotties. They're to die for. And then there are Swedish Fish . . . LOL! Thanks for the sweet jig!
i understand, aishah!! lol
I love chocolate, but that is more of an everyday necessity. Where these are an occasional treat.
Next to chocolate, they are my favourite, Aishah!!
Yummy! I love these candies.
