Great story, Cecilia. You have been proven right about no colourful, sugary cereals. I'm sure that Jennifer has benefited from you advice. My favourite was Rice Crispies. I used to listen for the "Snap, crackle and pop"!!

"Kids Say the Darndest Things"
I didn't give Jennifer sugar and foods with dye her early years. I told her that those colorful cereals with lots of sugar were not good for her. Like poison to her.

Scene: Grocery store Cereal Section
Actors: 2 moms and 2 kids in buggies

ACTION
A mother with 3 yr old in the buggy picking out cereal. Sugary colorful ones.

Jennifer points and hollers outloud ... That mommy is putting poison cereal in her buggy!

Mother looks aghast. Child looks curiosly at her mommy.

I duck my head and quickly push my buggy to another aisle. Jennifer still pointing at the other mommy as we zoom away.
CUT End Scene

Wise words from a 3-year-old but not appropriate in the grocery store. ¯\_◉‿◉_/¯

The run down the A470 is beautiful in the autumn, Linda.

True - but the trees are changing colour and I always enjoy watching that - so can wait for the lighter times.

tugman22

Trouble is that is wishing our time away, even if that's what I do, Linda. :-))

tugman22

Yeah, Carol, surprisingly popular. Glad that you enjoy a challenge!! :-))

Bigoldbadger.......your Granny was right. (I secretly keep a "manual" jigsaw puzzle for those winter nights without power. Works for me! ;)

Yep - was a tough one. Not sure I would fancy actually eating nay of these! And, yes, the evenings are drawing in - as my granny used to say - and it will be good when we turn back up towards spring.

Thanks, Fred. I'm glad that you enjoyed the jig. I try to vary my jigs quite a lot and I'll look for another one for you. If you look up sparklightie, she post a lot of this type in a smaller size. Cheers,
