Eva, this looks good. Do you crochet them in strips & sew the strips together? Or do you keep going backwards & forwards without having to stop? I looked up Mandala yarn & found it on etsy - I hadn't heard of cakes before. How ingenious!

Dobra, you truly make me laugh and smile and I’m also amazed how you remember things I’ve made in the passed❣️ Wow❣️ These are individual strips and you start with in this case with the orchid color and make 55 rounds and then you crochet the boarder and finished..make 12 and then you slip stitch the strips together from the back side..So easy and so Simple❣️🤗❣️

The cakes came out a few years back and I’ve made an afghan, a bunch of the triangular scarves and more..It’s about 4-5 inches across and 2-3 inches high and it’s round and each cake has a verity of colors that goes together. You pull the yarn from the center and keep going with your project without having to change color..It’s very nifty and fun too😊 Ask your computer to look up Mandela yarn and there you’ll see it for yourself😊Hugs dear friend❣️🤗🧡
