Last photos from the Botanical Gardens.

Top is Hinkler House, a historical home that was transported from England and re-assembled brick by brick in the Gardens. We have been inside it years ago and it has tiny rooms, now a museum. It was the home of a famous Australian aviator Bert Hinkler. He was a pioneer Australian aviator and inventor. He designed and built early aircraft before being the first person to fly solo from England to Australia, and the first person to fly solo across the Southern Atlantic Ocean. His plane in which he flew from England to Australia, an Avro Avian, can be seen in the Hinkler Hall of Fame. We didn't have time to go in that day.

Middle and Bottom Pics: The beautiful archway covered in Petrea volubilis. I did show you the archway in full flower many years back. Because it's winter now there are only a few flowers.

I will post a puzzle on Monday and then not for a while, as Julian is having a procedure in hospital next week.
