Pat, since when has accuracy been my strong point? LOLShould you dare try this one? Consider this- WyndamWillows requested this size; I would not have posted it in this size otherwise. ;-)Magda- you're lucky that you've had sunshine. We've had rain for the past few days. I'll trade places with you. ;-)
Thank you Wendy. No it is just too much lately, having nothing else to do. In summer I will be out more. We have beautiful sunshine now since Friday, but it is still very cold. Thanks for your concern.
Your original title was more accurate, Wendy dear! LOL! Do I dare try this size, too?! Actually, the times look pretty mild for this size, so I just might--but after the 400 piece one I'm working on now! :-)))
whatnauts, I changed the title. ;-)Magda, I don't think I ever put together a 1000 piece puzzle. I used to love the old Ravensburger puzzles, and then the wood jigsaw puzzles from the 40s and 50s. My eyes are bad but they never hurt. I think you're right that you should probably give your eyes a rest if they actually hurt. Do you use your scroll wheel to make the pieces larger and smaller? That might help, and then I hope you have a flat screen monitor rather than a CRT monitor. Lighting is super important too.
I love the big puzzles. I always did the 1000 pieces in the carton ones. But at the computer my eyes hurt. Maybe I need to go for a control, or I am just sitting too much before the screen.Thank you Wendy for a lovely swirl.
I loved your ornery swirl, Wendy. Although it did seem quite cooperative.
