This is a sequel or segue (you choose ;-D) to patw's "Swiss Cat Ladders - 3" puzzle (see https://www.jigidi.com/jigsaw-puzzle/WXU2MIQ9/Swiss-Cat-Ladders-3#9536838)
Okay, you're not going to grow a full blown saman tree outside of your apartment building to use as a cat ladder, but you get the idea how you might trim down a birch maybe, so that one limb makes it to the target window and others support resting/viewing platforms perhaps. I'm sure the cats would love the notion.
