No idea, though it might be a language barrier, I think it's more than that.

It's normal to have snow this time of year. It just seems so many people around the world are having an early Spring. So the comparison isn't in my favour. Hope your forecast is accurate. Enjoy. Actually, temperatures to go up later in the week for us also.

While at the computer, whenever I see movement from my peripheral vision, I look out the window. It could be mating season or it might be lack of food for the animals, or both. I'm noticing the deer aren't as calm as usual nor are the wild turkeys. Deer raising their front legs aiming at another deer and turkeys pacing and fluffing feathers. Geese definitely returned too soon.

whatnauts

Thanks bookish. I really didn't understand what tamar***** was trying to say. I noticed the odd comments on your puzzles last weekend. Very strange person - or is it perhaps a language barrier.

We are very windy here, but are supposed to be on the plus side all week. Perhaps even as high as 10-12 degrees. I still have a lot of snow in my yard, so this is welcome news. Sorry to hear about your snow - that is discouraging this time of year!

Hi whatnauts. Not sure if you'll notice my message.

Re my puzzle where you were questioning someone's odd comment about not talking: That person has been leaving odd messages on a few of mine and on other people's puzzles. I'm now just ignoring them hoping the person will move on.

BTW, it snowed mostly all day yesterday. Enough for snow blowing yesterday and today. Hope you have better weather.

whatnauts

Thanks for letting me know.

brightspark

fun puzzle thx, dankie (in afrikaans) xxx

whatnauts

:))

latifa

Sounds like something I would have done :0) I'm really glad you are having fun with my puzzles - thanks!

whatnauts

Hi latifa. My name should have been whatnots - but I got the spelling wrong. I should have looked it up before filling out the Jigidi form, but I thought I knew the correct spelling. Of course, once I realized I had misspelled the name I wanted, it was too late!! I found out later that Whatnauts was a musical group. You aren't the first to ask me about it. I suppose I could tell people I was fond of the musical group and thus used their name, but that would be untrue .......

Thanks for your puzzles - I am enjoying them a lot.

latifa

Hi whatnauts! I am always grateful for your comments on my puzzles and I have a question for you. I am trying to figure out the connection between the whatnauts soul group and your avatar... or does the name have nothing to do with the soul group?? Just curious.

RandomWorship

Hee, hee. Knew it!! (~‿•)

whatnauts

Guilty...
LOL

RandomWorship

Chicken! LOL!! (~‿•)

whatnauts

'Strine is far too complicated for me, RW!

RandomWorship

You should look up 'Strine too, whatnauts. I'll get you started. Egg nisher. In Strine that is an air conditioner! LOL! (•‿•)

And yep, Foxy. I'll bring cheeky sauce. It will go perfectly. (•‿•)

whatnauts

I've looked up Ocker and it sounds very similar to an American redneck. Ya gotta love the University of Jigidi. I'm always learning something new here!!

whatnauts

Yes, RW, someone has been very kind.

foxymoron

And you, no doubt, will bring along the sauce to go with the words I'll be eating LOL.

RandomWorship

Just wait 'til you meet me! You'll be eating those words!! (~‿•)

foxymoron

You, Kirsten, who is the epitome of grace, elegance and charm? Surely you jest!

:-))

RandomWorship

Oooi! Are you talkin' about moi, your foxiness? LOL!

And congrats whatnauts. What a lovely thing for someone to do. (•‿•)

whatnauts

:)

foxymoron

Yes, I'd believe it, whattie. I know some Victorians who would pronounce it that Ocker way LOL.

whatnauts

I think I should have looked at this image a little closer before I posted it. Would you believe 'Thoinks Moite' is supposed to be Australian? Sounds hokey to me. I think I would have looked for a different pic if I would have been paying more attention!! Oh well, the point was really to say thanks for a kind gesture.

Thanks foxy and SMor for your comments.

foxymoron

Thoinks moite? Sounds quite exotic! Made me laugh anyway :-))

foxymoron

Ditto! Thank you to whoever gave whattie a star - although you already are star to us :-)

And danke to you whattie for showing us more ways to say it LOL.

SMor2Ditto

I agree with Francine... What a nice thing to do.... 。◕‿◕。❤。◕‿◕。

whatnauts

Yes bookish, someone has been very generous.

bookish

How nice, whatnauts. Lovely of the person.
