Thank you. Maybe he has grandparent's you could ask or find an old timer from town who might know :) It would be nice to know the history to pass onto the children. These are things that don't teach in school. I'll bet it (and other town stories) have a very interesting history. People in nursing homes are the right age, and love visitor's and to talk of old times :))
Hi, I totally agree with you. The history of this building? Hard to say, because I don't come from this town. However I asked my husband who was born here. When he was a child some families lived there, but who is the owner or the conctructor, or why it became abandoned - he doesn't know.
Hi, this made a fun puzzle, but it is sad to see! We too have buildings like this. I can see the beauty in these buildings from when they were once in their glory. They were built in a time when true skilled craftsmen were around, using high quality material, and who cared about the quality of their work. Do you know the history of this building? Thank you.
