I am hanging in the best I can. I had a short spell of vertigo about two weeks ago. It left me and I have not had one since and hope it stays away. Have a doctor app. Thursday.
For a wellness checkup. 8-2-22

Hi Bev, this is not my puppy it's my god-daughters. It was her dog had the litter, she has sold them all now.
I know what you mean about getting a dog, they are good company. I have my son's dog Coco when they go on holiday, we have great fun and it gets me out to the park. Everyone talks to you when you have a dog, but I wouldn't want one of my own, it costs £70 when you walk through the vets door, and that's before the medication, plus I feel the same as you age is against me now.
Yes all good here thanks Bev, are you OK too?

bevpuzzler8

just completed the pic. and sat here and stared at it and saying I hope you are OK.

Izzy, I have thought so many times of getting another pooch, but my age is against me.
Poop detail would be tough and going to a Vet or groomer would probably knock me off my pins. This is a sweet picture. Do you keep in touch with the new owner(s)?

No apologies needed, dog lover here @Jumble 😉

Jumble

Yes, I'm sorry, when people talk about their dogs, I like to put a face to them.

landal

You have been getting around, @Jumble! 🥰

I have seen Rita and Java on your puzzles, and left a couple of comments. I'm sorry to hear of Java tumor, you know your dog, and I'm sure you are doing the best for her.
Merita does look like a Jack Russell.

landal

Oh @Jumble I have two dogs. 🥰🥰 They are both in my earlier puzzles. I can't not have a dog!

Java is over 13-1/2 now and waiting for her mile walk at the park. She is doing well despite her 3rd anal gland tumor. We assume this one is also malignant, but so far so good, hospice care was our decision this time, not surgery. She is the first GSD we've had since 1982 that was not bred by us, but came from a friend at 5 mos.

Merita is a 13 lb. Chiweenie rescue, now 2 years old, who came to us during the first few months of the pandemic. She keeps Java lively, and they still enjoy a tussle in the morning while I get dressed for the park.

We have five acres, but they still like to go out and see and do, and so do we. Rita has become quite a hound dog since she arrived and hunts whatever is in season, which right now is rabbits.

Where are you? You said Cockerpoo and we called Mister Pippin a Cockapoo. Was is CP to CP, or C to P? 🤔 Merita's mom was a Chiweenie (Chi x Dachshund) and her dad was all Chihuahua. She's long and deep-chested and has such an attitude at the park everyone assumes she's a Jack Russell Terror. She makes us look like amateur dog owners! 💞

Diego's mum is white, and is now 3½ years old and still loves a cuddle. Mister Pippin is a lovely name for a dog. Yes there were 5 puppies and I have been posting them daily as they go to there new homes. The last one goes tomorrow.
You are obviously a dog lover, and should really think about getting another one.

He's a beautiful puppy! Wish I could give him a pet, he looks so soft. My Mom and Dad got a white one soon after I was married. He was just the smartest, sweetest, cutest, most loving dog, named Mister Pippin and we all miss him to this day. My husband grew up with a blonde Cocker and still tells Waggo stories.

We bred German Shepherd Dogs in the 80s and 90s, sort of a lifelong dream. By the time a litter of GSD pups hit 8-10 weeks they would be looking for trouble and we'd be looking forward to them going to their new homes.

Are there more? It always helps if there's more. 😉

Jumble

Thank you so much for your kind comment Landal. Diego is a cockerpoo. Yes he is lucky as he's going to a very kind and loveable home.

landal

Cute puppy! It's a happy/sad day when a new pup goes to its new home, but it's best for everyone, right!? 🤧 What kind of dog is Diego? Besides a lucky one, of course. 🥰
