Why are you reporting this puzzle?

The artwork in Today's Daily Jigsaw Puzzle is titled "The Millinery Shop" (ca. 1879–1886), and the artist is Edgar Degas ♥

Edgar Degas (1834-1917) was a French Impressionist artist renowned for his depictions of movement, particularly in ballet dancers.

Surprisingly, Degas preferred to be called a Realist and often employed traditional techniques. His diverse works included painting, sculpture, and printmaking, focusing on urban scenes and human anatomy. Degas innovatively used pastels, elevating them to a primary medium.

In later life, his deteriorating eyesight led him to sculpt more frequently.

Copperpenny - You are not alone.

My grandmother was a milliner about a hundred years ago (really), and I did this puzzle in her honour.

Lovely picture, thank you.

Often, these historic paintings make me long for the days when time moved more slowly.
