How exciting.

We expect to move in either mid-July or early August.

Not too long to wait then.

The house is modular, built in a factory.
It has already been delivered.
It can't be seated on the foundation until the foundation has cured for at least 28 days.

This sounds like a huge project. Will the construction take long? I'm sure as it nears completion you will be keen to move in with all your boxes to unpack and make it home.

Packing up is tough.
We have so little space that the boxes are blocking us packing more!
We are moving them to storage so we can complete the packing.
The foundation is requiring blasting the rock.
Once blasted, they will pour the basement.

There is always so much to do when you retire. A new house sounds good.

Well.
I retired.
I was busy with closing up the workload and transferring my projects to other staff.
Then, I have been busy cleaning out the apartment.
We are having a home built and we will move into it sometime this summer.
