Yes it is both embossing & die cutting.
The back ground is an Embossing folder, & the Poinsettia is cut from a Cherry Lynn" die.

This one looks very elegant. I like the layers to the poinsettia. I have a large poinsettia stamp...perhaps I'll try using this technique. Thanks for showing your lovely work Mary♥
