l know what you mean about planting at age 75- However it seems to me to be a worthwhile endeavor; it would be quite nice even when young and they do grow fast-
And you might well see it as a mature tree-
Again, thank you for the compliment-

eagleboi

I wish I had one of these magnificent trees in my yard, I'd plant one but at 75 y/o I dont have time to have it grow, but a marvelous looking tree and puzzle, as always thanks my friend.

myself1935

it sounds like a labor of love!

We've had it almost 25 years, and we took almost 6 years to put it together..

myself1935

Is that where your Jigidi name comes from? Very interesting- It must have a lot of sentimental value-

We've got a 53 Chev almost the same color we call Blurple.

myself1935

Glad to please, bubba

myself1935

Particularly if you like the color purple, blurple

bubba2720

This is beautiful I love Wisteria trees and my favorite color is purple

Stunning tree and color!!!!

myself1935

Thanks, PuzOz - Then the proximity of this tree must be intoxicating-

PuzOz

Wisteria do have a nice, sweet aroma.

myself1935

The aroma must be so sweet, if there is any scent at all- I hope there is, DJ

Donnajames

This is amazing. The aroma must be overwhelmingly wonderful. :-)) dj

Actually, pretty good, Susis- l have nothing to complain about, my friend=

Susis

You are welcome for the reference. Yes, thank you, my health is better than I'd like it to be, considering the times. I have a better place to go to. I hope you also are in good health.

myself1935

l am so glad you enjoyed the puzzle, mom- My pleasure-
Jean

myself1935

Here is a website showing jacaranda trees: jacaranda+trees+pictures&atb=v258-1&ia=web

Susis

Thank you very much, myself 1935. FYI I am 1937

myself1935

Yes, it does look like it could be... This one is clearly labeled but it is possible the label is in error...

PuzOz

Jacaranda are a semi-tropical tree. I first saw them in Australian, then in Argentina. I believe they also grow in Southern California.

myself1935

l have seen it draped along very tall and thin trees, forming a veritable curtain of lavender blooms-

bjondron

Wisteria has a mind of its own.

myself1935

PuzOz- l am not familiar with jacaranda trees- Where do you live?
Obviously they must have purple flowers-
l am glad you related to the puzzle-

myself1935

Ken, you must really like the color purple!

myself1935

RMAD- The tree is located somewhere in Japan- Google did not give me additional info. L am glad you enjoyed it-

myself1935

LDMOCK- Wisteria is a vine that climbs and clings to everything- It has to be cultivated by pruning to grow into a tree-

myself1935

@Susis
Not a problem at all- feel free- l am glad you like it so much-

PuzOz

Reminds me of jacaranda trees. They drop petals of a similar color, though usually they don't spread them out so far!

kmccarrel

Absolutely beautiful Jean. Bookmarked

Where is that tree, beautiful

Magnificent! I have a wisteria that went crazy on me - while I was sleeping, it grew monstrous and started crawling across the ground.
