Okay, I think that we should get the cloning gods to work on replicating this oasis for us!
Yes, I understand how the dark contemporary sinks can be an issue.

Oh, Donna, I see that my comment gives impression that this a room I had something to do with. It's just an image I came across. But I did describe my own love for claw-foot backtubs and pedestal sinks. Right now oh what I'd give for a deep porcelain sink, instead of the modern chunk of black stone that has been carved into a shallow sink. One is never certain that it is clean. I do not like.

I just love the mood you set with a feeling of a sublime grotto.

Clawfoot tub and pedestal sink (both old) in my good old Berkeley house. When I remodeled the second bathroom, I thought it's pedestal sink looked shabby. . . I went to renovators/salvage and looked and new. . . and old. . .decided my old sink was better than anything I saw! Clawfoot tub got a good coast of yellow enamel on the outside and gold metalic on it feet. It held up great . .. still there probably. . . 40 years later.

Donna, Jim and Janet. . . thank you for the continuing conversation. Let me grad a second cup of coffee.

Any time.

Next time I drive by I stop in for some tea ;-) and those tasty treats you posts for us ;-)

Ahhh, the end of the day, a glass of wine and a good book
and bubbles....

@eagleboi, I would like both, Jim, I guess your house must be down the street. LOL
Have a good day, all.

The wonderful claw foot tub, the exquisite watery coloured wallpaper garden, a chandelier, oval mirror, and pedestal sink, wow, so beautifully designed. I want some tea and a good book to enjoy that beam of sunshine!
Thanks for this delight, Audrey!

@eagleslair - Thanks Barb for your comment. You are welcome

@nancyintexas - You are welcome Nancy.

@jodycyotee - Thank you for comment Jody.

Oh Jim, I like your idea of the koi and water lilies in the bath, instead of this wall covering!

It is a good reflection of the era, but I'll pass on this. Maybe with the wallpaper gone and replaced with the painting from your other puzzle with the Koi fish and water lilies seeming to be floating in a water fantasy would work. TFS Audrey.

Lovely! barb

beautiful ty

Yes, very warm & lovely -- like old home but clean & modern.
