@JJ13 I have a wheel on my mouse
that lets me make the entire puzzle larger or smaller.
i am sorry you are having a problem-
it must be very frustrating.

Have You tried to minimize the puzzle with the +/- funktion to find the missing piece?
Or if You klick on the three dot ikon top right corner when You`re puzzling, there`s a round arrow, it`s a " restart" funktion. Otherwise I got no further idea .

Why am I not allowed to complete puzzles when pieces are lost at end I automatically go to in progress but I can not renew puzzle. It’s disgusting
