We feel the same about the deer and the flowers. This deer is in a liriope patch that the deer use as food in winter. Then the plants come back in spring. I planted a new big patch of it just for the deer to eat next winter.
Today must be "Newborn Deer Day". I have a herd of deer that wonder in and out and today I saw a pair of spotted fawns. They are so sweet, and stay very healthy on my property, as they eat all my flowers. I'd rather have the deer than the flowers however, so all is good.
