I had never seen this. So I looked it up.
It are several buildings, part of 'old part of the Bijlmermeer wijk' in Amsterdam. It were elder buildings that will be pulled down. The buildings have been painted by the owner of the buildings as an art statement. In it (it happened in 2013, I don't know whether it still exists!!) worked and lived several artists and were galleries and artschools.
