Just starting to turn litht green. Mr. Bunny is watching over him. His nose is cracked :-( ...don't know how it happened. He's old, as you can see all his color has disappeared.

Poor Mr Bunny ....but he's still so cute, keeping an eye on the wonderful hydrangea. I've never seen a Scrub Jay....very pretty blues and markings, going by the online images. The weathered look just means the garden art has a long history with the garden.

LOL, Impie! I don't know whose business he got into. Maybe a Scrub Jay pecked on his nose. The Scrub Jays are always pecking around trying to bury acorns and pecans. I realized many years ago that I probably should put the painted stepping stone plaques and Mr. Bunny in the shed for the winter, but I never did. I've thought about repainting them, but the thought never lasted long!

The flowers may look big, but they are only about 4 inches.

Impie

They look lovely, Ella. I can see that your flowers are also huge!:)
I guess Mr. Bunny stuck his nose in other ones business once to often??? LOL

I also have very old garden statues and like your Mr. Bunny their colour is disappearing over the years. The first years we had them I took them in around the end of Fall, cleaned them and put them wrapped in newspaper in the loft. But after some years I got slack and left them outside. Not all have survived the cold weather and showed cracks. Some are glued, but some were beyond repair....oh well! :)
