"The month of May is the pleasant time;
Its face is beautiful;
The blackbird sings his full song,
The living wood is his holding,
The cuckoos are singing and ever singing;
There is a welcome before the brightness of the summer."

- Lady Gregory

I would like to wish everyone who celebrates his or her birthday in May "A Very Happy Birthday and may you be blessed abundantly ".

This puzzle is posted in 4 sizes - 9, 100, 225 and 400 pieces. Please enjoy.

Thank you Robin for the update.

Congratulations to your sister and her husband as well as the whole family on the birth of baby Ava Elizabeth. Glad to hear that both mum and baby are doing well :-)

John and I are fine.

Both John and I wish you a safe and pleasant trip.

See you when you come back.

I will be posting 5 puzzles for the month of June. And then, it will be back to normal - one puzzle a month on the first of each month.

Best regards, Jason.

Hi, Jason. I'm going to visit my folks on Sunday and will be looking for those perfect birthday pictures. My sister said that on the 17th (which is her husband's birthday) little Ava Elizabeth was born. She weighed 6 pounds and 2 ounces and is healthy and the mom is doing well. Hope you and John are OK. I'll catch up with you the middle of June. Take care. :))

Bev, it is great to hear that you feel refreshed after your sleep.

I hope that you have enjoyed your trip to the hair dresser and that you like and look good in your new hairdo :-)

John sends you his bear hugs :-)))

Hi Jason
I am up and refreshed is raining and I need to go to the hair dresser. Have a good day.
Hugs to you and John. :)

Thank you Bev for solving this puzzle.

May the Lord bless you with a good deep sleep
so that you will wake up feeling refreshed in the morning.

It was tricky. Thank you Jason. Now I lay me down to sleep, I pray the Lord my soul to keep. If I should die before I wake I pray the Lord my soul to take. God Bless You and God Bless everyone.
Goodnight!! 5-8-19

Hello Robin,

You are welcome.

I am pleased to meet you and would like to welcome you to my puzzle page.

I am happy that you have enjoyed solving this puzzle. You are right, speed is not important in puzzle solving. It is the enjoyment of the whole process that counts.

It is nice to know that you are enjoying a lovely May in Queensland. And, of course, it is always wonderful to know another person who loves colours :-)

Thank you for taking the time to write a Thank You note along with a kind comment.

Best regards, Jason.

Must be the name, mine is Robin too, and I'm also a slow puzzler. But I do it for pleasure, not to win. May is a good month here in Queensland as well, at the bottom of the world. The extreme heat is almost gone, and the cold hasn't arrived yet. And I love colour, so thoroughly enjoyed this puzzle, thank you, Jason!

Looking forward to the good news :-)

Thank you so much, Jason. I'll let you know when baby Widner makes his/her debut into the world. :))

I forget to say that I will pray for your sister's step daughter-in-law in having a safe and smooth delivery and that both mother and child will be healthy and well.

Robin, being slow in puzzle solving is fine as the whole idea is always just to enjoy looking for the correct piece to join in with the rest.

In this particular type of puzzle, it is very enjoyable (for the larger size puzzle) when all of a sudden you find that you can join bits and pieces together to form a bigger section.

I would like to wish your sister's step daughter-in-law a safe and smooth delivery and a warm welcome to the baby who will celebrate his or her first day in May.

Looks like May is a busy celebration month for you and your family :-))

Wishing all the best for everyone,

I'm kind of slow, but the puzzle really is easier than it looks. There is one more upcoming May birthday in the family. My sister's step daughter-in-law is at the end of a very rough pregnancy. If the baby hasn't decided to come by 18 May, they will do a C-section then. One way or the other, this baby will have a May birthday. It will be their third and last baby. :)

Thank you Rayna for the compliment :-)

I appreciate that a lot as I am not a trained artist and have not taken any art lessons.
I just love colours. I know that you love colours, too, so to have received a compliment from you is something extra special :-)

@jasonchung2 is the account where I draw, colour and create "artwork" of my own.

Once again, thank you for taking the time to write a compliment for you have made my day :-)

Best regards, Jason.

Hello Jsmp,

Welcome to my puzzle page. I am pleased to meet you :-)

I am happy to know that this type of puzzle is your favourite :-)
I agree as it is quite interesting to piece this type of puzzle together.

Best regards, Jason.

After I made it larger, I realized it wasn't a quilt but it should be! The colors work beautifully together. You have an excellent eye for color. Tks again.

My favorite kind of puzzle! Thank you!

You are welcome, Rayna.

Thank you for the compliment on this puzzle which I have made from scratch :-)
I love colours :-)

Quilts can be very colourful and comfortable. When it is handmade, it is all the more special.

I am glad to hear that you enjoyed the quilt that you have bought with the grocery money, many years ago. It must have been worth every cent :-)

I hope that you will have a great time in the month of May :-)

Best regards, Jason.

Jason, this is a wonderful quilt photo. I have a very similar one I bought yrs ago when I couldn't really afford it (newly married and with child). I used the grocery money and never regretted it! Enjoy the beautiful month of May which is always full of promise and new life and thank you for this puzzle...Rayna
