Evie, I could never live with neon colors although I love color! But I'd love to see it, then make my evaluation!

An interesting choice, GmaNiNi. I once used chartreuse(not neon), deco pink, and black on ornate staircase banisters one time. I love the combo. I just might agree with you about an entire room in that color though lol!!! :-D

I think Libby took that book on a colourful live to heart with this one. However, that being said, my friend painted her staircase walls the exact hot pink as the table runner ! It was certainly bright and the first thing you saw when you entered the house.

Well, my mom painted our living room chartreuse. I thought it was crazy.
