I have had bird nests in bad places too pasta. One option is to find where the bird gets into the spot and have someone seal it off but there is a danger of trapping the bird inside. We currently have a starling building a nest in a tiny gap under our roof.

If she's just building the nest, and you knock it down now, hopefully, she'll rebuild it somewhere else. Better to do it now, before she lays the eggs.
