Buckeye 425, I imagine yours would bloom white. This one is the 'Texas Red Buckeye'. Sadly, it is in color for only a week or two each spring, as yours might be, which might be why you don't catch it in flower.

Hello Carole! Yes, things are popping up crazy fast this year - roses blooming in March - nuts. Sorry for your plague - eat lots a raw liver (gag!) My daughter suffers from it too. They tell her she will grow out of it - maybe you will too ;-)

Well, Maggie, my time was a slow 13:51! I'm not a speed player anymore. Everything is greening up so fast that I'm sure you've really been busy in your magnificent gardens. I've been rather slow of has diagnosed me as being anemic, of all things. I was in the hospital last July with a severe infection in my right arm. Was given massive IV doses of a very strong antibiotic which may be the culprit. Am improving, finally. Hope all is well with you and yours!!! Carole

That's very pretty. I've never seen a buckeye tree in Ohio bloom.
