Yes, it was a Christmas gift from our daughter. Living in Wisconsin, we don't get to grow fresh herbs outside in the winter, so we grow them inside. I started a basil plant last year, brought it to Florida and back, and when I could planted it outside. It grew 3 ft high and wide and would have grown taller, but I kept it trimmed back because it wanted to cover the bird bath. These aren't as far along as last year's was at this time, but I have hopes for Caprese salad in a month or two.
