Are you familiar with the artist Mary Engelbreit (ME)? She's my absolute favorite & my home is covered in her work. She uses bright beautiful colors. She began drawing as a child & I think she took inspiration from a lot of art like these vintage fairy postcards & vintage Valentine's postcards just to name a few. Although her work doesn't look like these there is an element in her work that's definitely reminiscent of these. They are wonderful! They definitely inspired her. Her art depicts a lot of fairies & has a very childlike feel to them. If you aren't familiar with her work already you should look her up. I think you would enjoy it.
Also, I love the excerpts from writings that you've taken the time to include with the images! They're brilliant & add so much to them. I love reading them for myself & then sharing the images & writings with my daughter. Thank you for all the work you put into these postings! These are definitely high up on my favorite list!

@christinapoynter Thank you so much. That's very kind of you. I've been very lax in my postings recently (a case of life getting in the way), but I do love my fairies and vintage childrens' illustrations and I really need to get back to creating again soon...

As I was looking at a variety of puzzles during a search I kept seeing your name under many I liked so I went to see what you post & I'm glad your name starts with an "a" because that way you are at the top of my list! You have WONDERFUL puzzles! We have the same taste in a certain look. It's not my only likes but a very favorite for sure! Thank you for posting such beautiful images. They lift my spirits & brighten my day whether I work the puzzles or not. As soon as I can post again I hope I'm able to cheer hearts with my images as much as you cheer mine! Thank you again.💖
