Thanks for response, Sue. Sounds interesting! I appreciate all you do to keep theme week rolling along in fine fashion. I'm very happy to accept "what will be, will be". ☺︎

They have some very good ideas, that I will gladly adopt. But there are only 52 weeks in a year and hundreds and hundreds of topics. Over the years, I have made double and triple themes into one week. So when I start again in November, I will try to use a few of their ideas. I have used the same list for 4 years and thought it gave a lot of leeway. I have reminded them that they can post absolutely nothing and it won't bother me at all. Some weeks all I post are the 2 reminder puzzles, having no interest for that particular topic myself. I post every day for horses and movies, otherwise it's a few here or there. This is week #616 right now. Oh well. We will see what happens in November when I try sorting it out for 2021. Colors seem to be something has brought a lot of comments, but Ardy had an interesting idea for that which I am going to use. That will free up 2 weeks for something else. The color weeks were originally June/Juneshone's idea many years ago. Again, thanks Heidi and Pam. What will be will be, as the saying goes.

Do these unhappy people want to take over managing and creating themes? And do they know that they can post puzzles other than those listed as that weeks theme?

Sue, did the unhappy people say what, exactly, they were unhappy about, regarding theme week? I seem to have varying thoughts about theme week and themes. (Ever the wishy-washy...)

Hi, Pam, Jan, Ardy and Heidi. I agree Heidi, it sure does remind me of that shape. Ardy, I am still considering what to do with the theme weeks. I was quite surprised that several people were so unhappy about it. But, I am trying to think of ways to change it.

Is this a prehistoric ancestor of the AT-AT Walker from the 3rd Star Wars movie?

Good reminder puzzle. Thanks, Sue. I have nothing new in these categories. One of the reasons why I wish you had a change in themes. Maybe two or three different lists alternating. But this is your "baby." I'll fit in where and when I can. ☺
