Garlic Butter Sweet Potatoes with Parmesan Cheese

Jeri, thanks for the blast from the past. My Grams would slice them, drizzle them in butter and bake them until they were soft. Then she'd drizzle them with her homemade caramel sauce and sprinkle them with sea salt and we'd get them for dessert back when we were just pups.

For Gramps, she'd just cube them, drizzle them in butter and bake them until they were crisp on the outside, turning them over one time, and sprinkle sea salt on them. They were his snack out on the tractor in the mornings, Especially the cold mornings. Gotta love sweet taters!! Thanks again.

I tried one, and it was delicious.....so I tried another......and another......then I thought I'd just have one more.......as there were still 2 left, I saw no harm in having another one........unfortunately, the last one fell on the floor, but I have now put it back.
