Hester, I do believe that your life would be pretty miserable without your Sauvignon Blanc. This is the third time you've used it as a life support method of choice. hehehe

I'm sorry to hear that there is no drooling though. I find drooling particularly attractive when done properly.

feistyfreddy

Wendy, it wasn't one of my best growing up memories! I am anaesthetising my poor mouth with a tiny Sauvignon Blanc. Absolutely no drooling! ;-))

Wendy_13

Willy, you'll have to thank Jenny for the beautiful flowers. :-)

Magda, I love the fact that even if a lot of us make the same kind of thing, our styles are still different. And you must know that Mandy is one of my best friends and one of my favorite creators. And for that matter, I hope you create more and more because you are EXTREMELY talented too. Thanks for keeping me off a pedestal. :-)

Hester, YIKES! I never knew anyone who actually did the doorknob thing. I'm pleased to hear that your drooling is attractive. I find unattractive drooling unattractive.

I've never tasted lemon mousse but it sounds like an interesting concoction.

feistyfreddy

Wendy, I've had that thing with the doorknob done when I was a child!! :(( It worked but I remember being pretty shaken afterwards! Luckily I am not drooling in an unattractive manner today but I have a tender mouth and am favouring softy goody things. Marshmallows , lemon mousse and the like are right up there! :-))

Wendy, I would never put you on a podest, for the fall is usually very hard and painful---and only too frequent. But you and Mandy have a different style of making puzzles, and I really adore that. Kalaidos can be very beautiful, if you get enough skill, but yours are different. So no pedestal, don't worry.

Wendy !!!!! this is beautiful !!!!
It seems that the flowers come out the screen, I am gonna solve this later,
Willy. :-)

Hester, oh boy, do I know how awful that is. And I know what you mean when you say the dentist might just as well have tied your tooth to the back of his car. I've heard that in the past, people tied their tooth to the door knob and then shut the door really hard to remove the tooth. I think that's probably the best way to do it- and if not, at least it doesn't cost a fortune. I see you're in third place which is really exceptionally good....and only 12 seconds away from the top spot.

Magda, don't put me on a pedestal. If you do that, you'll be disappointed when my puzzles aren't to your liking. Trust me on this. Not all my puzzles are that terrific....and I know I sometimes make one that I regret posting after I posted it. In fact, I was looking at some of my old puzzles today and was shocked how some of them look almost awful to me now- but at the time I thought they were really nice. Jenny said that she grows a lot of flowers so keep that in mind when you're in the mood to solve flower puzzles. And then you've made some beautiful puzzles as well which include flowers.

Mariasha, I like the mix here too- Jenny's 'real' flowers, the gradients as background, and the 'simple' planters. :-)

I too, really enjoy this mix...thanks for creating it.

I am sure Wendy, you must be tired of hearing always the same thing from me. But what can I do, if every new puzzle you make is prettier then the last. And this wonderful idea, of mixing the planters with real flowers. Wow. Thank you so much, really enjoyed it. And thanks to Jenny for the flowers-

feistyfreddy

Well gollygosh, I'm still in the running and that's amazing! I've had a tooth out today and the dentist might as well have tied it to the back of his car and driven off to extract it! He took 50 minutes and my jaw is all stitched and achy. (All together now, awww.) So bed and drugs (legal!!) for me. Nighty night! :-{

Wendy_13

Go right ahead, Jenny! It's now YOUR puzzle anyway. :-)

PJ, Jenny grows other flowers too...but all four of these are the ones I used. I'm so glad you enjoyed this. :-)

jennylmoon

Wendy, do you mind if I share this wonderful puzzle with my flowers on my facebook page?

puzzlejan

Wonderful puzzle Wendy -I enjoyed all the various elements. Never seen Prairie Coneflowers - so that was interesting. Unusual with real flowers on your puzzles - very nicely composed :-)))
PJ

Wendy_13

Oh, Jenny! I just missed BOTH your comments. I hope you don't mind that I had to add two planters that you hadn't picked out, but I wanted to include more of your beautiful flowers. :-)
I'm so glad I brightened your day. :-)

Wendy_13

Edie, I just read the comments on her puzzle with the yellow flowers- They're Prairie Coneflowers-
http://www.jigidi.com/puzzle.php?id=S4RMW8S3

jennylmoon

2dogs7cats....They are called Mexican Hat Coneflowers. They look really cool in my garden.

Wendy_13

Edie, it's also your fault when and if Hester FIRST falls off the leader board, because if you hadn't solved the puzzle, she could only fall off if 10 people were faster. So you see, if she falls off you'll still have to do the labor. Anyway, the nails are sharp and the hammer does what it's supposed to do.

You'll have to ask Jenny what kind of flowers the yellow ones are. All four 'group's are from puzzles she's posted of her flowers.

jennylmoon

Awesome Wendy....love the planters for my flowers. I will try my best to solve this one as fast as I can so that I will at least be on the leaderboard. Thank you so much this really brightened my day.

2dogs7cats

LOL It's only my fault she's not in the top spot but it won't be when she goes off the board and I'll be right behind her. She'll just have to have another go at it like I sometimes do. I know you're GLAD this one is done. You've been stressing over it for awhile now. Those yellow flowers are very unusual. Don't think I've seen them before.

Wendy_13

Edie, I am SO GLAD that I finally figured out what to do. I actually made a bunch of versions last night and this is the one that I figure will be the most popular. I see you bumped poor Hester off her top spot. If she gets down too low, I want you to take my hammer and nails and 'pin' her to the leader board so she doesn't fall off. The reason being that it's your fault that she's no longer there.

2dogs7cats

You finished it and it turned out great. Love the new planters and the cool background colours. Thanks Wendy

Wendy_13

I've got a hammer and nails...and will use if I have to.

feistyfreddy

Perhaps with the aid of some superglue, Wendy, but who knows! :-))

Wendy_13

Oh, Hester! You're at the tippy top! Excellent! I think you'll manage to stay on the board. :-)

feistyfreddy

Spring flowers popping out of Jack -in- the- Boxes! A most unique design, Wendy! I don't imagine I'll be on the board for long but it was a delightful solve! :-))
