So glad that things are getting better as far as the pain is concerned. It took my husband 3 months to get rid of his pain - he fractured ribs, and nowadays, you just have to put up with it until they heal. He was also terribly bruised and broke a tooth! Not good at 81!! We are just waiting for a Town House to become available in the Retirement Village we have chosen. Take care. :-))

@jandchris thank you, the worst of the pain has passed. The only good thing was that I had alot of puzzles and online friends to fill my time. I hope your husband is doing better. A move sounds good 💖

Oh Lovewhite, I am so sorry to hear that you had a fall on the ice and hurt yourself. Do hope that the worst of your pain is over. Ice is terrible stuff, so dangerous. My husband fall down the steps in February and fractured some ribs. It's bad enough when you do something like that when you're young, it's far, far worse when you're older. I really can't wait to move, I have had enough of the garden - it's a big one and although someone comes in to cut the lawns, there is still a lot to do.

@jandchris I can relate... I am not putting in a vegetable garden this year. I slipped and fell on the ice in our driveway in February and fractured two vertebrae in my back. We plan to stay in the our home as long as possible, but after last winter I may have to try to talk him into moving

Jewellery, French Perfume, Animals, especially cats, jigsaws and gardening. Unfortunately, I am getting too old to garden anymore, it's too much like hard work. We will be moving to a Retirement Village in the not too distant future and someone else will be doing the gardening. :-)) Almost forgot - porcelain posies also.

@jandchris I didn't go to the convention this year, photos are courtesy of the club members and posted in our Facebook group. However I do have 2 privately prearranged purchases that my niece picked up for me. I can't wait to see them
