Thank you, Gracie, Laurajane & Ank. These are the fancy-dancy, high dollar estates right at the lake which would be suitable for an apartment complex! Like you, Ank, they're here and there, but I think in the next week or two there will be a lot more. Usually we don't get a freeze till after Nov. 15. Stay tuned!

Love it Tex, indeed you don't have much colors too, but when it colors, it colors well. Here you also have to find them like this, one here, one there, but then they have less color.

laurajane

Very nice, indeed.

Graciela

Looks like a really nice place for a walk Tex!

That's a really odd looking house, it's round. Thanks, CM, Lyndee & Morris, we have tons of Live Oaks, and they stay green all winter.

morris186

Very nice, tex!! Nice big Oak on the right!!!

lyndee

Nice set Tex. You have some beautiful homes in your area. And it does look like the sweet gum trees might give you a fall snow after all.

chickiemama

Yep, there's another'n. Hopefully your sweet gum trees will put on some color.
