That sounds so cool @oldandancient ! I have been on 2 road trips across the USA, once in 1970 with my parents, & the other when Ray got out of the Navy & we came out west to live. America is truly so beautiful, so varied in scenery, & has such a fascinating & unique history. I feel bad for folks who think they have to "go abroad" to see amazing sights, when we have so much to offer right here at home. I hope you do get to visit our West Coast someday, & I would love it even more if we could meet face-to-face! :) XXXX
I watched a House Hunters last night and they were buying a house in Sedona, AZ. The houses had red rock formations like this right outside their windows. The rocks looked like they were about 100 feet from the house. Simply beautiful. I've never been out west, so only from tv or pictures. Maybe someday we will take a trip out there.
Thank you for stopping by Donna. We enjoyed seeing these amazing "sculptures", they made the scenery much more interesting.
A cool rock formation, Gina. Thanks for sharing.
